Hello, Dave Svensson
Welcome to the Microsoft community.
Thank you for your feedback. Glad to hear you found a solution! It looks like the issue may be related to geolocation or network settings. Here are some possible causes and explanations why the issue was resolved by changing the VPN location and store location:
Websites may offer different content or features based on a user's geographic location. By using a VPN to change your virtual location to a different place (e.g. Dallas), you may have bypassed some of the issues caused by geolocation.
Some websites offer different services or content based on the store location you choose. By changing the store location, you may have resolved a configuration issue related to a specific store location.
Solution Steps:
Use a VPN: Access the website via a VPN connection to a different geographic location (e.g., Dallas).
Log in to the website: Log in to your website account.
Change Store Location: Change the store location back to your home store.
Disconnect the VPN: Verify that the issue is still resolved with a normal internet connection (cellular or Wi-Fi).
I look forward to your feedback.
