Can not connect to Lowes.com on Cell Phone or Edge, Chrome, or Firefox

I figured out a fix by turning on my wifi vpn to Dallas Tx and openned the site Lowes.com. I signed in. WALLA it works now, both cellular and wifi! All I had to do was change my store location back to my home store and not Dallas TX.
