    Good day Jose, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. You will only be able to get points on the country on where you are located and even if you change region you will not be able to redeem a reward as the system will detect that your account's geo location has changed and therefore it will be best not to change anything specific on your account that might mess up anything related to MS Rewards.

    Your country has MS Rewards and there is no need to change anything as this will led to issues including a possibility of your account getting banned as well.
