Circled arrow on tab groups

I'm trying to figure out why some of my tab groups show a circled arrow on the left. What is this supposed to do? I can't see any new or different functions with these compared to the ones without the arrow. What are these good for?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That is the sync icon indicating those groups with the arrow are synced to your account and were opened on another device.

But what is being synced here? Where do I see these synced tab groups, so that I can open them on another device?

Those would be synced to your Microsoft Account online, if you sign into another device with the same Microsoft Account, you should see your tab groups there.
