Why does either my iPhone or its EDGE or BING constantly ask me if it can use my Location even though EDGE is Set to Allow While Using The APP?

I'm SO tired of needing to tap either DON'T ALLOW or OK. It's usually after I've typed into the URL bar something that I want to Search on.

The latest was today as I just wanted to find a photo of the Kentucky Derby winner to post on Facebook.

BTW, I use BING as my Search Engine although I never use the BING APP & I can't find anywhere in Settings where I could Set BING regarding using my Location.

ADDED WITH AN EDIT: I want to use BING Search as my EDGE Search engine since it earns me lots of Microsoft Rewards points that I have set to buy me Amazon credits of $5 after enough Searches. I use Amazon a lot.

    I installed the Bing APP and then I did a search at the top of EDGE on the same subject "Kentucky Derby". This time it didn't ask my permission to use my Current Location. Both of these times, it did show my Current Location at the top of the results, but this time it didn't have that box asking me to use my Current Location.

    I'd still really appreciate some help on this. I'm surprised that nobody has jumped in since I've always found the experts here to be so helpful.

    I'd thought that installing the BING APP had fixed it, but it's happened to me again today after almost every search at the top in the URL box in EDGE.
