Hi,
Check the Google Play and see if there is any new update for the Microsoft Edge and if yes install them.
Try restart your phone and try again.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
When I try to watch stuff on pstream.org (or similar websites), the site just crashes after a few minutes with the white page that says "This page is having a problem." This issue occurs on all my android based devices running edge (and not on other browsers).
I'm thinking it's maybe an edge memory management issue. When watching the video in 4K, the memory edge is using just slowly goes up and up (to like nearly a few gigabytes) and then the page crashes and memory usage of edge goes back down to a few megabytes. When I knock the video down to something low like 360p, memory usage of edge stays low at a few megabytes and the site doesn't crash. If anyone could test on a device with lots of memory? None of my devices have more than 8GB (which should be able to play a video in a browser...)

I have done this already. Issue still persists even after a full factory reset of the phone. This happens across all my android based devices running edge. I think this is a browser issue.
Try open Microsoft Edge and visit the website which has problem, then click on Settings an then All menu and then Help and feedback and fill up the form and report this issue.

Great, since it look like a bug in Microsoft Edge, you should wait for official fix from Microsoft and make sure regularly check for update for the Microsoft Edge.
