How do I remove a user from an Office 365 planner file only. I only want specific members to view individual plans.

It seems that if you remove a member from a plan it removes him from the world. Whats up with that?

    Hello,

Plans don't have members. The Group that has Plan is connected contains the members. So, if you remove someone from a Plan, then they will be removed from the Group too. So, there is no way to remove plan for certain users in group

If you want different plans for different people, then you need different Groups too.

    Regards,
    Manu

    Hi !

    Agree with ManuPhilip-7542!

If you want specific members to view individual plans, the only way is to create different groups for specific member.
