Please help with an issue

So for some reason, every time Im active on any launch-up game for about 10 mins~, the keys: g,h,(quotation marks),esc,alt would not work, both ingame and out game. I would have to wait until Im inactive in the game for a couple of minutes for these keys to start functioning again. Another odd thing is that the longer Im active, the longer I have to wait for these keys to start working. Also, I have to be inactive while my computer is on and running for those keys to start working again. I don't understand if this is a software or hardware issue, since when I plug another keyboard into my laptop, those keys would work on that separate keyboard. Please help if you know anything about this.
