Problem with Azure sign up. Creditcard erroneously identified as prepaid card

When I try to sign up for Azure I enter my creditcard information for validation. The credit card is not prepaid, but is identified as prepaid by Microsoft.

How do I solve this problem? Is it an error from Microsoft or my creditcard company?
