16 Digit In-Store Only Gift Card

Hi there,

I have two 16 digit in-store gift cards that I would like to redeem for a purchase. However, all Microsoft Stores have closed so therefore I cannot go into a store to use them or add them to my account (25 digit is the only importable card).

I've been on the line with Microsoft Support for an hour and was just hung up on. Any help on how to add these gift cards to my account would be much appreciated.

I assume that others have had this happen to them as well.

    We are mainly volunteers here.

    Due to privacy restrictions we have no access to your private details to be able to assist you here.

    Everything is now done online with the Store, since they closed them.
