Hello I am having issues with my USB ports they won't recognize any of the flash drives I plug into them I know the flash drives work I tried them on a different computer what happened was my computer froze up and I did a hard shutdown. And when I out the power back on none of them worked I'm sure it's just a setting somewhere that I have to put on again just don't know where to look

Have you scan them for virus?

Are you using an old device?

Support for Windows XP already ended and in case you are using old device, the new flash drives might not work with it.

I advise you to consider upgrading to the supported version of Windows or consider a new device.

    Thank you for the update.

However, consider installing supported version of Windows as the support for the Windows XP already ended.
