Hi, most users follow these steps. To clean their Chromebook
open - Settings > Do clicks on - Advanced >> Reset and
clean up >> Clean up computer : The PC will be
scan for malicious programs.

However, remove all the extensions and suspicious apps and then scan your computer with the free version of Malwarebytes.
