Hi, Karen Acton. I understand you want to restore files deleted from Teams channel.
Files uploaded to Teams channel are stored in SharePoint Online site related to the channel. Therefore, if the deleted file remains in the Recycle-bin of the SPO site, you can easily restore that file as follows.
The SPO doc says files remain 93 days in Recycle-bin by default. I hope it's helpful.
