Hello! It could be a driver issue or a faulty Wi-Fi card on your laptop. Perform a clean install of the Wi-Fi driver.
- Download the Wi-Fi driver from the manufacturer's official website.

- Disconnect from the internet > Restart your computer.
- Search for "Device Manager" in the search bar > Click on the icon > Expand the "Network Adapters" tab.
- Right-click on the first Wi-Fi device (usually with the Brand/Model, WLAN, or Wireless name) > Select "Uninstall device" > Check "Try to remove the driver for this device" (if there is an option) > Confirm.
- Restart the computer.
- Install the downloaded Wi-Fi Driver when Windows starts > After installing the driver, restart the PC.
- Connect to the internet > See if the problem persists.
