Dear @Davis,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and want you to know how much we value your time and trust in our products.
First of all, let me apologize for the repetition of this problem. We’re truly sorry that your Surface Go and Microsoft 365 apps haven’t performed as smoothly as they should, especially during important works. That’s not the experience we want for you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. No explanation is worth it when a technical glitch affects core functionality for an extended period of time, but I want you to know that the engineering team has been working intensively on this issue for some time and has recently sped up the process of fixing it.
However, please understand that as frontline support staff, we are just organizing use cases and collecting data, including from you, on a daily basis and will continue to monitor the progress of this issue. We understand how important reliability is when using our software and devices, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations. Your feedback helps us recognize where we need to improve, and we’re committed to making things better.
To help resolve these issues, we’d recommend reaching out to our Microsoft Support team, they’re dedicated to assisting with technical concerns and can work with you directly to find solutions.
Additionally, Microsoft is actively working to improve Microsoft 365 and Office, especially PowerPoint, and your feedback is incredibly important in shaping future updates. I kindly encourage you to submit your feedback directly via the Microsoft Feedback Portal.
You can do that here: Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub:
- Go to Help > Feedback > Send Feedback
- Describe your suggestion in detail.
Every submission is reviewed, and many product enhancements have come directly from user input. I’ll also submit feedback myself, as it’s clear that many users are experiencing the same issue.
Once again, I hope you understand that PowerPoint is one of the products Microsoft is aiming to strengthen, especially in response to the growing demand for flexible scheduling tools. I truly appreciate your understanding and patience as Microsoft continue to evolve the platform.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re here to support you, and if there’s anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
