How to find what RDS servers are associated to RDS licensing server?

On Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2008 r2

Tell me how to get the names of the servers associated to a RDS licensing server. ( From the licencing server)

And, tell me how to get the name of the licencing server from the remote app Server…
