How to do I remove teams as a video call option in my Iphone

When I go to facetime somebody on my phone the first thing that pops up under video is teams instead of facetime. And even when i go into their contact info and delete the teams option its still shows up. And the contact shown bellow doesnt even have a teams.

2022-01-05T19:55:55+00:00 Did you find a solution to this? It's driving me crazy. I just want Teams completely out of my contacts! It's showing up as the primary video calling option for my friends who have never used Teams in their lives AND have iPhones so should default to FaceTime.

Please try:
Go to Settings > Teams and uncheck Contacts. This will make it so that teams does not have access to your contacts.

2021-04-29T00:52:32+00:00 I have this same problem and have never had contacts selected for the Teams app, there's got to be something else.
