Posting an 'Announcement' with the background Image in multiple channels is not working in MS-Teams

Users can see the announcement but not the background image?

or users cannot see both?

Thank you Arpan for the response, but please see the 3rd point under 'Post an announcement' from the link you have attached. I am talking about the "Choose an illustration or Upload an image to decorate your post."

So when an announcement is posted, users don't see the announcement at all?

Yes, team member (users) cannot see the announcement at all, no image and no announced post but please note that in their mobile phones. And this problem started occurring since 31st of August, 2020 to till date not before that.

Are users using iPhones or Android?

Are we having issues on both types of devices? Thank you.
