How to I remove this previous work place from my teams account?

I've recently joined a new job and been asked to use teams again though have located on my old account this setting that has the name of my previous employment.

I'm not entirely sure what this is as I only used teams once for my previous employment and now since I'm going to be using it more I would like to remove anything that I shouldn't. I wasn't sure whether making a whole new teams or deleting this one and making a new one would be best.
