The feature of chatting between Teams and personal Skype was being rolled out but it ran into some problems. This roll out is currently on hold till code changes,

Currently, you will need to invite them as guest in Teams. The feature to chat directly with personal Skype will be coming now by June end.

    Hello Minh

I am V. Arya, Independent Advisor, to work with you on this issue. You will need to use the mail Id which is used for that Skype account and invite him using this mail ID. So, you will need to ask for that mail ID which has been used in Skype account.
