    As per your description, it seems you want to create a class Team in a Microsoft Team app. If so, you open your Microsoft Team app and select option "Join or create team" > click on Create team **** and chose "Class" as the team type.     I have submitted the ICT guide to our IT department to check the possibility that an item has been disabled.
