    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

May I ask, Are you getting a verification code via SMS or Email?

I suspect your account is under attack, the first step you need to do is stop using SMS as a verification method, please remove your phone number from your account and replace the verification method with other methods such as email or MS Authenticator app, hardware security key (such as Yubikey)

2FA SMS is not that secure, it's telco industry well-known vulnerabilities often hackers take advantage of. I suggest you refer to my previous comment on the following article on how to increase your account security protection to the next level. Especially, read carefully the section regarding SIM card swap attack.

If you still use 2FA SMS for your bank account then please refer to point #2 in the last comment in the following article on how you should go about it.

    Kind Regards
