When given this prompt in microsoft teams it takes you to an option where you can allow people to find you via email and phone number. When i click this however it just turns off again as soon as i go off of it and tells me im hidden again. Because of this im not going to be able to be added to various groups that are important. Does anyone know a fix?

    Please follow these steps below to reset the MS Team mobile app:

    Log out from your account > uninstall MS Team app > Restart your phone > Please go to App Store for IOS users or go to Play store for Android users > Reinstall MS Team app

    Could you please check the setting from a computer web browser.

    Please open Chrome or Edge browser as recommended web browser to access the MS Team online then please log into https://teams.live.com

    Then please select profile pic icon > settings > privacy > select manage contact information.

    Do you see all options have been enabled as shown in the following screenshot?

    Yeah this is the issue, after selecting these it works for about a second then reverts to being off again

    If you are still experiencing this issue on the web browser, It seems to MS Team personal life account you use is experiencing an intermittent issue.

    However, I do believe this issue needs to be investigated furthermore by the MS Team engineering team so they can determine the best next steps for this particular issue.

    I highly suggest you report this issue, If this is a bug normally they will release fixes but as a community advisor, I can't guarantee that for you since I don't work for Microsoft.
