Can't create a Class Team in Microsoft Teams for Education

Hi, I can not create a lass team in Microsoft Teams. I know I had done this once on this account but it is not showing any options of what team I want to create. Instead it is showing this.

I also have a Office 365 A1 Techer license.

    Thanks for your updates. Given this result, the problem is related with your account.

    To further narrow down it, we recommend you may:

    1. Confirm with other teachers in your school to see if they have the same problem with their teacher account.
    2. Contact your school's IT admin to check and confirm your account licenses. If convenience, your administrator can remove and re-assign teacher license to your account to check the result.

    You can share below documents with your administrator for his/her reference:

    Hi Ahmad_Admin1,

    Greetings. Based on my experience, when signing into Teams with a teacher account, we should be able to select the team type like below picture:

    So, to narrow down whether this problem, please kindly open your browser in InPrivate mode and sign into Teams web APP: https://teams.microsoft.com to try again and see if you can select team type in the web APP.

    Thanks for the reply, but the image in the question was me using Microsoft Edge and when I sign in to the web version on Google Chrome, this is what it shows.

    It shows the same thing.
