Need simple Word/Powerpoint and Excel for home and student use

I meant to buy 1 time simple Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Access for student or home use. I kept seeing Office 365 and signed up but it is too much for me, has all these functions I dont need and too advanced for what I need. I dont know what all this stuff is. I want to keep my email address. Is there a simple product that I can pay a one time fee for so that I dont have to pay annual fees for.
