I suspect it could be an intermittent issue.
I'm wondering whether they are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.
Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:
- Please ask them to go to the computer then open the chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
- Please ask them to visit MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
- Then try to log in.
- Ask them to go check the assignment
Are they experiencing the same issue when they are using MS Teams online from their computer?
