Grade ranges on Teams rubric

Hi - I am using the grading rubric on Teams, I have created my own rubric and within each criteria their are a range of marks possible, but Teams won't allow me to input a range of marks. For example, as below, I would like the range for LEvel 5 to be 17-20 marks. Is that possible? Or if not, is it possible when marking to select a level and input a grade independent of the rubric? In other words, select a level and then put a mark in? Teams either seems to give me the option of using points but with its definition of the awarded points as below, or, if I turn points off, it does not allow me to allocate any points on the assignment.

Many thanks!

James

    Dear James Hopkins1,

    Good day.

After thorough research and consulting, it’s been concluded that Currently, Microsoft Teams does not support inputting a range of marks for each level within a rubric1. You can only assign a specific point value to each level.

As workaround you can Assign a specific point value to each level and include a detailed description that explains the range of marks. For example, you can set Level 5 to 20 points and mention in the description that it represents a range of 17-20 marks.

    Manual Adjustment:

After selecting a level in the rubric, manually adjust the total points for the assignment. This way, you can select Level 5 and then manually enter the exact mark (e.g., 18) in the overall grade field.
