Why can I never send a picture on teams

Had this issue for weeks. Why can I never send a picture on teams? Just shows one circle icon when I sent but no tick. No one else has this issue.

    Apologies for the inconvenience, if you are experiencing this issue on your Teams application you can try Teams web (https://teams.microsoft.com) and see if you can send picture successfully.

    • Check for update and update your Teams application
    • Clear Teams cache
    • Uninstall Teams, restart your device re-install Teams
    • If you are experiencing the same issue on Teams web, clear your browser cache and cookies, use incognito/private browser or you consider using a different browser
