I am hoping to change the color of my teams meetings. RIght now all my meetings are purple (whether with myself, my internal team, or an outside agency). I would love to change the color based off of who it is with/importance. Meetings where I blocked myself off to have some time to work should not be the same color as meetings with people

Dear Samantha Skidmore (Marketing Coordinator) Good day!Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist! Based on your description, I understand you concern with changing the color of my teams meetings.

It doesn't seem feasible to change the color of meetings based on the participants or importance in Teams for now.

But as a workaround, you can change the color of meetings manually. You can right-click the meeting and choose Categorize. You can use category to separate between different meetings in your calendar. If you have other questions, or I misunderstood, please feel free to let me know, I will continue to assist you.

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!Best regards,Allen | Community Moderator
