Unfortunately, there’s no official way to duplicate a channel in Microsoft Teams.
Since you use Teams for business, I’ll suggest you contact the business unit for best workaround to help you meet your needs.
To do this, kindly sign in to the admin center https://admin.microsoft.com to raise a ticket that needs to be submitted by the Admin representative of the company account.
Describe the issue and your expected outcome, choose how you will like to be contacted either via email or call.
An agent will reach out to you to help resolve the issue or provide a workaround as applicable.
