I cannot add students to any notebook I created through Teams

I cannot add or remove students or teachers from any of the Notebooks I have created in Teams.

When I open Teams, Classnotebnook and try to add a student all I can see are the notebooks I have created outside of Teams.

I have tried multiple browsers and devices.

I have created a new notebook which I can see.

But none of my Teams notebooks will display when I try to add a student/teacher.

I can see all my notebooks when I use the app or in a browser.

I just cannot add anyone because it will not show my notebooks!

When Go in via teams and click to open the notebook I get a message asking me to allow access to Microsoft 365. I allow access and then i get a pop up telling me my browser settings are not allow an optimal experience with Office 365 and it asks me to sign in. I click sign in and it will not open to let me sign in.
