How can I upload an image to create a custom background but my application files does not have any microsoft files in it? I was told to go to "Finder" on my mac and go to Applications. On Applications, I was told to type in "teamsBackground" but I do not see the microsoft files.

    Hello Cynthia,

Do you have a link with those instructions?

    Quit Teams.

From the Go To function in finder, hold option key, open the ~/Library folder then Application Support > Microsoft > Teams > Backgrounds > Uploads. Put the image in the uploads folder.

    Restart Teams.
