My TEAMS presentation is no longer in sync with the presenter.

My TEAMS presentation is no longer in sync with the presenter.

It is an HP laptop. Dedicated for school so has plenty of memory left over on it. It is used occasionally to watch YouTube videos (mostly school related), news and some shopping. I play no games on it, has no personal music, personal videos or pictures. I have defragmented, and deleted extraneous apps, turned it off and on repeatedly, signed in and out repeatedly. All to no avail.

Please advise?

    If you are sure that your device has good specs, what about the wifi that you have? do you have a good wife?

    My wifi is working real well. I ran anti viral software, defragmented, deleted extraneous apps, etc... and still having issues.

    I will check out the link and give an update.
