We have the same problem in two tennents with out no changes.

I am Global Admin on both.

What I have done to test what can be wrong is to try to use the old Teams (Work or school) and there it works to create team as before.

It seams that the problem is with New Teams (Temas V2). The problem is in both Desktop App and Web App.

    Any suggestions?

I found another recent thread that said it was a known issue since June!

The first solution is to clear the Teams Cache - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache

    This worked for us!
