I can't create a teams in Microsoft Teams

Hi!

I and anyone else in my company can't create a teams. All of u get a message: This action could not be completed.

What could happened? Month ago everything was fine.

    I found another thread saying Microsoft are aware of the issue.

    The solution is to clear the New Teams cache - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache

    This worked for us.

    We have the same. I'm Global Admin. Cleaning cache doesn't help

    It worked for me and I have tried on several users.

    But there is one step missing in the link.

    You need to close down Teams first and then clean the cache.

    My own user it worked with the solution 1 given but not on anyone else.

    I am currently working on a script to make this deployable.

    Will let you know how it goes.

    We have managed to solve this issue by uninstalling all Teams applications including Personal and Work (New) as well. I personally, deleted all cache & all files by using instructions from this site:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache#clear-the-cache-in-teams-for-windows as for me simple uninstall didn't work, but for my colleagues it was enough.
