How do you ACTUALLY set Teams to ALWAYS available?

Available in the profile picture isn't enough. Teams keeps defaulting to "appear away" with the yellow dot even though I set to available. I NEED the option to be always available, why isn't that an option?

Teams will automatically set the status when the device is in sleep mode, or the program is running in the background.

To keep your status “Active” on Microsoft Teams, you have to change the time it takes for your system to go into idle or sleep mode.

Currently, there is no option to set Teams to always available, however, as a workaround, you can set a status message such as available, contact me, or I am available, but this will not keep you active throughout.

I would suggest dropping feedback to the product team at: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback for possible inclusion of the feature in future updates.
