Miscrosoft VBA - Password Protection - Forgot Password / Change Password

Hello - I have a legacy Microsoft Access Database that I need to update the SQL to get more up to date data in the tables. Unfortunately, there is a password protection in the file where I need to update the query. Does anyone know a way to change or remove the password?
