co-owners in classnotebook to distribute pages?

An urgent question regarding working in class teams with multiple colleagues together. Is it true that not all owners (read multiple teachers) in a classnotebook can distribute pages from the content library? Is it only the person who initially set up the classnotebook who can do this? Can you fix this by explicitly sharing the classnotebook again with the fellow teachers? I read in microsoft that with staff teams you can add co-owners though. If solution 1 doesn't work, is there any way to integrate this with class teams as well?

    In Microsoft Teams, all owners of a Class Notebook should be able to distribute pages from the Content Library. This includes not just the person who initially set up the Class Notebook, but also any other teachers who have been added as owners.

    If you're having trouble with this, here are a few things you can try:

    1. Check the permissions: Make sure that the other teachers have been added as owners of the Class Notebook. You can do this by going to the Class Notebook tab in Teams, then selecting "Manage Notebooks" and checking the list of owners
    2. Share the Class Notebook again: If the other teachers are not listed as owners, you can try sharing the Class Notebook with them again. This can be done by going to the Class Notebook tab in Teams, selecting "Manage Notebooks", and then selecting "Add or remove teachers".
    3. Use Staff Teams: If you're still having trouble, you might want to consider using Staff Teams instead of Class Teams.
