With Modules, Which Quiz (Microsoft Form) Do I Edit to Fix A Typo?

I can't seem to figure out which version of a Microsoft Forms-based quiz I need to edit in order to take care of typos or other issues I discover.

Is it the original quiz - QUIZ 1? Is it the one that's created as a second copy when I place it in a template - QUIZ 1 (Module Version)? Or is it the other one that gets created when I reuse the module so I don't have to reinvent the wheel all over again every time I start a new class - QUIZ 1 (Module Clone)?

I run classes on a two-week cycle that has 11 chapters and 48 post-unit quizzes. I created a template site with modules so I can reuse them and be consistent for the source - every class I create copies modules from TEMPLATE CLASS. I realized there was an error in one of the questions and I fixed it. There is no version of a quiz I can see when looking at Microsoft Forms that still has the error. Yet, when the module is copied to a new class, the error returns.

How do I find the source of this error returning so I can ensure future classes only receive the corrected version?

In Teams for Education, Modules allow you to pre-assemble assignments, quizzes, etc., so they don't have to be created from scratch every time. You simply copy the module which contains those items to a different Team.

Every time you copy a module which contains a quiz (Microsoft Forms), it creates a new copy of that form with the same name and appends the name of the Team the module was copied to. So I start with "Quiz 1". I create a "Template Site" which includes a module with post-unit quizzes. That action creates a "Quiz 1 (Template Site)" as a new form available to me in Microsoft Forms. When I copy that module to a new Team, now I also have a "Quiz 1 (New Team)" form.

I found a typo in Quiz 1 and fixed it. I verified that the corrected version of Quiz 1 is the version in the Module for the Template Site. I copied the module from the Template site to a new team and the typo returned.

I want to determine which version of the form was used which made the typo resurface and I can't find it...

The thought just hit me... Is there a "cache" for old Forms in Teams for Education? I had previously published earlier versions of this form to this same team. I deleted them, then re-created with the corrected form. Could Teams have seen details about the form and "assumed" it was the same one?
