Hello, I'm Jen, I'm happy to help you today.

Try signing out of the app on your laptop, then restarting your computer and signing back in. Alternatively, you may need to reset the app on your laptop. To do this, open the Microsoft Teams app on your laptop, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, and select 'Settings'.

    and

Make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft Teams 2.0 installed. Disable sleep mode for the affected computer. Check for other software or hardware problems that could be causing the issue.

Let us know how it goes, we're here to help you further if needed. Jen A.

None of these worked for me, sign out sign in, uninstall teams, restart PC, install teams, clearing the cache of teams. It frustrates me.

Also, the messages that other people send to me, are late. 😠

Edit: I figured out that my VPN Tailscale was causing these issues. I had no issues with the teams when I turned VPN off and turned it on.
