I want to create specific notification settings for one conversation thread in Teams, but not affect my general notification settings (i.e. the notification settings of any of my other conversations)

In Teams, my general day-to-day settings are such that I am notified of any new discussion within any of several conversation threads I am part of. I want to take one of these conversation threads (only one) and make it so I do not receive notifications for that thread unless I am mentioned specifically. The idea being that team members could chat in this thread freely without interrupting other team members in the thread, but they would have the ability to essentially summon a person into the discussion by tagging/mentioning them.

Is this possible?

    Dear Brian Brice,

Good day. After thorough research, testing from my end and consulting, it’s been concluded that Currently, it is not feasible to customize specific conversation thread and not affected the others channel conversation in teams. Indeed you can customize your notification for your channels in teams and customize the displays notification for each channels.
