    Dear asahi.ogi,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description regarding "Despite I just turn off the email notification from Mteams settings, I still receive an email for every request to join my class. Is there a way to stop receiving email notifications?". To understand the situation and be able to offer you relevant suggestions, we would need a little more information from you. Kindly help us in providing the following information.

    • May I double confirm that you get same situation when you turn off meeting started notification(Off) and meeting chat notifications(Mute)? To check this, click on Three dot (next to your notification icon on the right top corner) -- > Settings > Notifications and Activity option, then select “Off” next to Missed activity emails row, and scroll to Meetings row to turn off meeting started notification(Off) and meeting chat notifications set to Mute. Manage notifications in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support [1360-e3fb-2e7-d66c] After making these changes, restart the Teams app by right clicking the icon in your taskbar and selecting Quit, then reopen the app
    • May I know if you are using Mobile, Mac or Windows device?
    • May I know the Teams version you are using? To check this kindly go to three dots ... (top right corner) --> Settings --> About

    Looking forward to your response!

    Best regards,
