Let us try some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue
- Fully exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client. To do this, either right click Teams from the Icon Tray and select ‘Quit’, or run Task Manager and fully kill the process.
- Go to File Explorer, and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\teams.
- Once in the directory, remove all the files and restart Teams.
While if the issue persists, please try to sign in Teams web version to let me know if the issue recurs.
Meanwhile, if you open the corresponding SharePoint site to open this notebook, will it work?
