Can a teacher still see submissions for a deleted assignment?

My teacher made an assignment due on 07/05/2023 and i was submitting it late but before i could i noticed it was gone. I was thinking he deleted it but if someone else submitted before he deleted it would he be able to see the submission?

    Yes, a teacher can still see submissions for a deleted assignment. If someone had submitted the assignment before it was deleted, the teacher would be able to view the submission. However, if the assignment was deleted before anyone had submitted it, then no one would be able to submit it and the teacher would not be able to view any submissions.
