Recently, I uploaded an assignment as a word document. After the due date, I found out that I made some mistakes and I edited without undo turned in. Now I opened the word document I uploaded, I saw the latest edited file. But Can my teacher know that I edited after I turned in? or The teacher can only see the unedited version?

If you did not have tracking enabled, they should only see the latest edited file, not the changes you made - however, they will see the last modified date and may think you turned it in late.
