Hello! My name is Mustafa, and I am an Independent Advisor as well as a long-time Microsoft user. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I am hopeful that I will be able to help you find a satisfactory solution.

is this issue happening only with this channel?

if yes, then what kind of setting is different in this channel?

is there permission that this channel doesn't have?

Was it built by someone other than those who created the channels that cloud storage shortcuts work at?

Please let me know if this doesn't work or if you need further assistance.

    Warm Regards,

    Mustafa

I am facing the same issue with every channel.

The document library (as shown in the image posted above) should list down all the containing folders within the sharepoint link. I have checked the access permissions of the sharepoint link and there is no restriction with the link as well.

in this article from Microsoft that explains how to add a cloud storage service: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-...

It says: " Note: Contact your IT admin if cloud storage options don't appear."

So I would recommend you to contact your organization admin and ask them why you don't have this function. Because it is possible that they may have restricted the usability of this function for some users.

Let me know how it goes

I have the admin access to the organization account and have tried all the possible permutations of sharing settings without success.

ok since you are the admin can you follow these steps: open Browser to Admin Center > Settings > Services & add-ins > Microsoft Teams > turn on all of the storage services.

let me know if this works
