To answer your question;
You can move files from OneDrive to Teams without losing the access permissions for your colleagues. Barry Xie highlights how to do this in the article on https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/11c91935-ac51-42d6-a1fb-fc9b4c4d6e5d
"1. Sign in to Microsoft Teams with your Office 365 account.
- Navigate to Files > Cloud storage > OneDrive. Select a file. For example, Book5.xlsx.
- Select Move > Browse Teams and Channels > Choose the location and click on Move.
- Then you can check this file in Teams > Files."
