Dear Microsoft Support,
I hope you’re doing well. I am writing to request urgent assistance with my Microsoft account. Despite having removed both two-factor authentication (2FA) and my phone number from my security settings, I am still consistently being prompted to provide phone-based verification, which prevents me from logging in. This is causing significant frustration, and I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
For personal reasons, I am trying to reduce my phone usage, especially while attending school, as I am finding it distracting and it's contributing to feelings of depression. I do not want to bring my phone to school, and as a result, I would prefer to use only my password to log in and access my account.
Could you please ensure that all phone-based security measures are completely removed and that I can access my account with just my password going forward? This change is crucial for my ability to focus on my studies without the constant need for my phone.
Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.
Best regards
