I cannot delete a channel in Microsoft Teams

I am a team owner, but when I try to delete this one channel I keep getting an error. "We couldn’t delete the Internal - Data All channel. Try deleting it again."

I cannot view the channel either: "We’re having trouble loading your messages. Try refreshing."

I'd like to let you know this is a peer-to-peer support forum meaning I'm just fellow regular MS forum users like you who are trying to help other MS forum users with their issues. I'm a Non-Microsoft Staff I don't have access to your account, nor I'm authorized to do so.

I'd like to confirm following questions with you:

Can you delete other channels in the different team that you are the team owner?
If you create a new test channel in this team, can you delete this test channel?

here is a workaround if you have the option “Allow members to delete and restore channels” in Manage Teams > Settings.

Ask other team owners (or team members if the above-mentioned option is enabled for this team) to delete this channel.
Ask your Teams, administrator, to login to the Teams admin center and go to Teams > Manage Teams> select this team and click Channels, then try to delete this channel from there.
