    1. Are you unable to receive any emails and messages in Outlook with your DepEd account? Also, you applied your query to Microsoft Teams / Teams for education / Personal settings / Notifications, may I know if you're not receiving messages in Microsoft Teams as well?
    2. While I understand you're having trouble receiving emails, can you confirm if you're able to send emails without any issues?
    3. How did you configure your account in Outlook? Is it set up as Exchange, IMAP, or POP? Additionally, what Microsoft license is assigned to your DepEd account?
    4. Have you tried logging into Outlook on the web (URL: outlook.office.com) and Teams web app (URL: teams.office.com)? Are you able to receive and send emails/messages there?
