    Based on your description regarding "why people receive my email as "microsoft team". Would you mind offering below information:

    • Would you mind providing message header of your email via private message for the privacy of your data? View internet message headers in Outlook - Microsoft Support
    • May I please know when this issue started to occur?
    • Would you mind providing the screenshot which shows your situation, or the email people are receiving via private message for the privacy of your data? For data security reasons, please provide some above requested information in private message. Here is the steps for private message: Click on Account manager or your profile-->my profile-->View private message. (See below screenshot)
